Project T - Benton Harbor, MI
In partnership with Harbor Habitat, Inc. Renovare is developing a multi-phase, mixed-use project with affordable housing, workforce multifamily housing and attainable single-family, for-sale homes. The project will provide family amenities such as programmed green space and an early childhood education center. The project is sponsored through a 1.25 Million dollar commitment by Whirlpool Foundation.
The three-phase project includes 28 for-sale duplexes limited to 120% AMI, a mixed-use building with ground floor child care and grocery, and 8-10 for-sale duplex units constructed through the traditional Habitat for Humanity program.

Dorsey Estates - Ypsilanti, MI
Renovare is under construction on a missing-middle development near Depot Town in the City of Ypsilanti. The development will consist of 46 single-family units comprised of colonials and duplexes. The project is designed to support housing diversity and affordability, allowing people from all stages of life to live within the community utilizing the “missing middle” format. Fifty percent of the units will be set aside for families between 40% AMI and 80% AMI through an innovative workforce housing financing program. The project is located within a historic district and will be designed carefully to compliment nearby historic assets.
