Renovare has been contracted to support the Midland Business Alliance and area leaders in their Housing Forward initiative, designed to create a collaborative approach to solving housing barriers in the region. 

Renovare has been contracted to provide a feasibility analysis of potential development sites for a new Village Office and potential municipal campus in the Village of Empire. 

Empire is located in Leelanau County, west of Traverse City, Michigan. Our work includes community engagement, site analysis, construction estimates and proposed financing options. 

We specialize in consulting on various Michigan development incentives and financing programs, such as brownfield tax increment financing, tax abatements and grants.
